All we ask is a 25% deposit (plus closing costs) and we will build you either a 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedroomed house of your choice. The price includes absolutely everything you need for your home: land purchase, "quality" built house, swimming pool - with screen & heating, landscaping, furnishings - carpets, curtains, blinds, tables, chairs, settees etc., all linens & towels, all electrical goods - TV, VCR, vacuum cleaner, iron, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.

Our co-ordinator will organise all the purchases and make sure that your home is perfect on completion. We also arrange the mortgage and the legal documents for owning your home so that you have nothing at all to worry about. We also offer a management company which is run from our offices to ensure a high standard of personalised service. Part of this service is to advertise your holiday home across Britain, Europe, North America and Canada.
